This is a concept design for a condo, open floor plan between the living room and kitchen with the island serving as a dining area for 3 to 4 college men students. The client wanted it to be a nod to Roll Tide colors and theme. She also wanted to use this space for air-bnb services during other seasons.

This is a concept of a Lake House. Their living room. However they wanted to keep their couches and chairs, TV entertainment center, so I worked around that. They also wanted the style to be minimal and casual since this was their second home and they were usually outside most of the time.

This is that previous lake house, living room E-Decorating Concept, but what you are looking at is what the pieces look like virtually in that space BEFORE any purchases were made to be sure the client liked the arrangement and style.

E-Decorating

Same Lake House, but this was their guest room which one of their grandsons used most often. I kept things welcoming for any guests who were women to feel welcomed in this space but also maintained a more masculine and cabin vide since the walls were all wood paneled.
