E-Design & In-Person Services
1. Scope of Service
We offer both virtual (e-design) and in-person services, which may include design concepts, layouts, curated shopping lists, consultations, and/or physical decorating. The specific services included will be outlined in your chosen package.
2. Virtual (E-Design) Services
- All e-design services are provided digitally and do not include in-person visits, product purchasing, delivery, or installation.
- You are responsible for accurate measurements, photos, and details of your space.
- Shopping lists contain third-party products. Prices and availability may change, and we are not responsible for vendor issues.
- Our shopping list is provided for your convenience, but every purchase decision is completely up to you
3. In-Person Consultations & Decorating
- In-person consultations are scheduled by appointment only and may incur additional fees for travel, labor, or extended time.
- Decorating services include styling, setup, and arrangement of purchased décor items.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to furniture, walls, or property.
- Clients must ensure the space is ready, accessible, and safe for setup at the agreed time.
4. Design Process
- You will receive a design package tailored to your preferences and information provided.
- All designs are recommendations only; actual results may vary based on room dimensions, lighting, product availability, and installation.
- Substitutions may be provided if items in the shopping list become unavailable for up to one week after e-design is delivered.
5. Client Responsibilities
- For all services, clients are responsible for timely communication, providing requested details, and confirming product suitability before purchase.
- For in-person decorating, clients must ensure all purchased items are delivered and available before the scheduled setup date, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Payment & Refunds
- Full or partial payment (as outlined in your package) is required before services begin.
- Due to the customized nature of our work, payments are non-refundable 24 hours after purchase.
- Rescheduling or cancellations for in-person appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Your satisfaction matters—each e-design package includes one complimentary revision to ensure it feels just right.
7. Timeline
- Estimated delivery timelines for e-design packages will be provided upon booking.
- In-person appointments will be confirmed in advance and depend on availability.
- Delays may occur if required information, products, or access are not provided on time.
8. Intellectual Property
- All design concepts, layouts, and materials remain the intellectual property of Blue Bird Designs.
- Clients may use the designs for personal use only and may not reproduce, resell, or share them without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We provide design recommendations and decorating services with care; however, we are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses related to product purchases, delivery, installation, or use.
- Any physical decorating is limited to styling and setup; structural changes, electrical work, or other trade services must be performed by licensed professionals.

By booking a service package, consultation, or decorating session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
